Had a good amount of work done for an Excellent price....

Had a clutch put in, and while my mechanic was at it, he changed drive axels, all the cv boots, front rotors, and belts.

Clutch - $255 after tax from dealer
Driveshafts, CV boots, Belts, and rotors - $250 from NAPA

Labor for all parts listed above - $250 !!!

Plus $50 to resurface my flywheel. This guy is GREAT. He does excellent work, for a great price, and is very fast. If anyone is around southwest CT in fairfield county, and needs work done, talk to me.

So for OEM clutch, flywheel resurface, driveshafts, cv boots, 2 rotors, and belts parts and labor it was $805....

I think that was a good price. All agree? Give me your opinions. Dealership wanted at LEAST $800 for key value clutch installed, not even including flywheel resurface.

Oh and BTW... chirps 2nd like a champ :)

new clutch chirps like a champ eh? skipping the break-in period? Heehee. I just had an ACT clutch put in today. Total cost:

ACT clutch kit: 309
2 Driveshaft Seals: $24
flywheel Resurface: $32 (barely took any meet off!)
Labor: $15

Total: $380. Not bad! It took 11hrs though. 1 of those hours was waiting for the flywheel resurface. Then we got slowed down cuz it started raining and we had to set up a canopy. Then wasted some time looking up proper tightening sequence and torque specs (hope your mechanic did that too!)

You got a good deal. Break in the new parts and enjoy!

Jae
