Pics of Hanabi 8000K HID's I got from Freddie.
I got some other good shots but Sounddomain is down. So I used my personal web space to Upload these.
This is my 98 Max with Mtec 4320K bulbs. http://mywebsite.register.com/db1/00...2-3276_IMG.JPG Here is my 8000K Hanabi HID's I got from Freddie. http://mywebsite.register.com/db1/00...2-3280_IMG.JPG Here is a 03 Max with Stock HID's (on right) and mine with the Mtec bulbs (on left). http://mywebsite.register.com/db1/00...2-3265_IMG.JPG Here is the same pic except I installed the HID's on mine. Notice the color difference. http://mywebsite.register.com/db1/00...2-3278_IMG.JPG This is almost a true color pic of the headlights. My running lights are PIAA Super Plasma's and they look yellow as hell. http://mywebsite.register.com/db1/00...2-3285_IMG.JPG |
:( Making me miss my HID's! Actually im on my way outside to install mine again :) Looks good!

Darn i want those. They do look really good!

HID's is one of the best mods anyone can make, I have them in my 3rd gen and consider them one of my best investments.

damn those are nice. And they say the 8000's arent as bright as the 6000's and 7000's, just more color. Them 8000's are bright as hell.
|
I'll try to take pics of my 6000k Purple. The startup looks clean.
|
I wanna know if there is a high/low beam, or is it just one beam?
|
damn, looks hot bro, good job
just get some side markers and clearence lights to match with it btw...as soundsoldier said....is it low/high beam, or just one beam? |
I wouldn't trade my 8000k's for the world!
By far the most useful mod I've added to my Maxima. They are gorgeous too!! :p |
i still enjoy my 6,000k Purples from Freddie. Ive gotten nothing but props for the color, and not to mention madd looks at night when i roll up into a parking lot:cool: Even after comparing side by side to the 8,000k, id still keep mine.

the 8000 only has one beam, all hanabi only have 1 beam.
I want to invest in the 8000 kit but i dont need it since i already have 6000...plus its so bright it will make the rest of my lights look sh*tty unless i upgrade them too, the only thing holding me back.... |
Does the 6000 or 7000 have any color at all or is it just white?

WHOSE FREDDIE?
AND BY THE WAY NICE HID'S I WANT EM....BUT TOO EXPENSIVE....
STEALING IS JUST A RISK NO OPTIONS! ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS....!? |
Originally posted by Eric L. I have the 6500k kit (Freddie only sells the 6500k, 7000k, and 8000k kits now) and despite claims that the bulbs are pure white, I can detect a slight tint of green in mine. Its hardly noticeable standing alone, but when compared to factory HID's they are noticeably whiter..and greener. The 7000k kit has a noticeable tinge of blue to it, and the 8000k is supposed to be purple. Just a word of warning....more color means more chances of being pulled over by the cops. thanks to all the guys for the support. as you all know hanabi does not make a hi/low hid kit. the truth is most hi/low hids have problems. the hanabi color range is not the same as other brands. our scale is a little lighter. most ppl here talk about 4200k to 5000k but 90% of the org buys the 8000k kit, it's also the #1 kit in new york. even when looking at the 7k kit ppl still want that rich color of the 8k blue kit. i hope all you hanabi users enjoy your hid kit, i think it's the best mod on my car. not only can i see at night but it also make my car look like it's worth a little more. :) |

6k-7k will start having a blue tint. 4500k - 5500 are white.
go down to the 9000k and you'll have violet. |
Originally posted by tzmanles wait, so all of the hanabi kits that you sell dont come with hi/low beams? What do you guys do for inspection when they ask you to turn your high beams on? I know the 9004's are one bulb, and I lost my high beams also when I installed my HID's..I have no idea how Im goin to pass in March |
