Use a camera and do a time lapse photo. You'll get enough light to see the car and the neons.

oh and 97GLES, i love the neons. They work great, they look great and i want to compare to see which are brighter...just for a piece of mind :) but i do like them a lot

Stickers look good, but ever heard about Windex on the glass? :D Just kidding. Weather here (Louisiana) has been horrible, so mine look the same. But atleast we didn't get 20+ inches of snow like up north.

I think you mean set the camera to a longer exposure time. Time-lapse is used for motion pictures (ie: watching grass growing over a period of weeks).

You have the right idea though. The longer the shutter is open, the more light is collected by the film making a higher contrast picture. Be careful though, you can't move the camera while you do this or you get a fuzzy picture. Use a tripod.

personally, i think custom leather looks the best, and if i had the money, i would definitely do it myself.
