99 SE won't go past 120

My friend has a 99 Maxima SE fully loaded auto. It just won't go past 120mph, there's no fuel cutoff but it just stays there and won't go faster. Any ideas why?

Turn "OD off" until you redline 3rd gear at 130mph, like this:

Then click OD back on and you will keep accelerating...very slowly...
