homemade heat shield...Who's maxima?
 
Anyone know who's maxima this is? I'd like to know how they made it and/or if it is for sale?

I would guess no,
...but it makes the engine bay look cleaner, and at the end, every little bit helps

Looks nice. The heat shield is cheap at like home depot but you need a brake press or something to nebd it like that.

Looks to me like aluminum (spelling, welded and bent to form. Need some place to make the sharp edges and I think a tig welder should do the trick.

it also makes the intake more quiet- if you want that

alot of the Lexus guys do it on their intakes
