Why do you still have your stock plastic intake in.

With that added wait it probally drops like 1\10 of a second on your 1\4 mile speeds. heh j\k

i was just wondering why

I tried to upload a pic or 2 of my engine bay and i got this message .....

Warning!!! MYSQL 4thGen Forum Maxima.org can not handle such filth, clean your engine bay about 500 times and then try.
....

Clean engine bays are pretty, but work just the same as a dirty one... i cleaned it once, but with an aftermarket grill that is as open as my trenz the engine bay just gets too dirty too fast.

Well it does scoop up more fresh air than nothing, so I decided to keep it. Plus I have a very large cone and I am reassure it will not fall off (it rests in the airbox perfectly). But basically - The more air, the better right?

it is nowhere near the headers. are you thinking intake manifold? Headers are tubular exhaust manifolds. out cars do not have them. and if they did you could not see them in that pic.
