pacesetter isntalled today..idea on bal joint dremeling problem.

installed pacesetter sts today.. i dont know if im dumb or something but it took me like 3 hours to do. some people say they have done it in less than 1??. anyway it feels great.... set at about 3 threads from the top of the adjustement threads. i dont know why everyone says it feels nothcy..mine feels good.. good clean shifts in 1, 2 and 3 and 5th.. 4th gear and reverse take some gettign used to but ill get it.

for anyone getting this in the future.. dont dremel the ball.. i think that is where other peoples notchy feeling comes from..mine fit in fine after some pushing.. the ball size changes a little bit whtn u screw the allen screw..when its loose adn the allen screw is protruding out of the ball its a little smaller.. when its all the way in the ball is a littel bigger. i think so anyway...when u screw it in to where it jsut starts to get flush with the ball, it will fit thru the stock hole.

bad stuff- i dont think i tightened my cat down well enuogh.. screwing stuff upside down for 3 hours makes your arm tired. i hear leaks now. gotta re tighten later soemtime and my stock shifter leather is toast.. when i tried to turn it the glue holding the leather to the shifter stop sticking. its all loose and streched now from the vice grip turning.. feels funny when driving.. time for a new shift knob.. any recommendations?
