Are orange rust spots on rotors normal after it rains?

I saw this yesterday morning and was like what the hell. I saw it on another car too but still don't like the looks of it. It rained the night before and I drove the car after I took the pic and it all went away, but is this normal or something that I need to look into?

Has anyone purchased the rotors from Automax95? They are zinc plated and I was wondering if they rusted also.

it is like the pressure plate of a clutch. if it gets wet it rusts really fast. I think it is the pressure plater i am thinking of. mine does it as well, and as said before no worries!

The whole rotor is zinc plated, but after the brake pad makes contact a few times, it wears away, leaving only the hub area zinc plated.

Once the zinc plating wears off where the pads contact the rotors you get rust but no where else. I have plated X Drilled and slotted rotors and they look a lot nicer than stock.
