Release of Tein S. Tech's for 4th gens...
I personally was anxious about the release of these springs, so I dropped them another e-mail and this is the response I got:
The estimated arrival date is 2-3 months, and MSRP is $220. The S.Tech spring line is designed to use OEM shocks. This is the reason why the spring rates are lower then some other competitors. In this way the springs are more matched to the OEM shocks. The characteristics of the springs are superb ride quality with a more aggressive stance. The entire U.S. S.Tech line was developed here in the US for the US road conditions. Everything is designed and manufactured in Japan but the spring rates were developed for US model cars and roads. Developed meaning spring rates were chosen to work well with OEM shocks, test fitted, and road tested on freeways and surface streets, which equates into a spring set that allows for more spirited driving without sacrificing comfort or realiability. |

yea but who knows how low they will be. Going low on stock springs isnt all that good, then youll get guys adding a sportier strut to the package like an AGX or a Koni yellow...I think if your low, there should be a more aggressive spring rate then there advertising

They're also releasing full coilovers for our cars soon too.
