anyone swap gauges from black to SE white's? also have needles questions...help

well i have indiglo gauges but they stick and i can't fix them. i've tried 3 times, hate it. so, i bought some stock white gauges and was gonna just remove the old ones with indiglos over it by cutting them out, but then i realized the needles won't fit over my new stock ones. anyone know a safe way to remove the needles? or have any ideas for me...can't get the damn needles to not stick, tried double sided scotch tape, super glue, nothing works. they still stick. i can't find any decent instructions on this either, so hopefully someone can help!

to remove the needles, you need to push them towards the zero side until you feel some pressure.. mark that point (calibration point). then continue pushing that way for like five rotations.. after five rotations, continue turning while gently pulling up on needle.. eventually they just pop off. then when you put them back on, just make sure you place them at the calibration point, and push down till they go on.. not too too hard, just be kinda careful on the calibration point otherwise your stuff will be off

I think there might be instructions somewhere with the intelliglow needles stuff @ importintelligence.com too.. dunno though

if your needles are sticking to your indiglo gauges (i had this problem), i jus sanded the back of my needle base, so it didn't rub against the gauge face. you could use a nail filer, jus becareful not to scratch the gauge surface (i had a double sided filer, and i taped up the side rubbing against the gauge). and jus sanded down the black base of the needle a little bit, no one can even tell because the sanded part is on the back of the black knob thing that the needle comes out of.
