Auto Starter doesn't work. Fuse? Relay? help!

Well looks like my auto starter doesn't want to work. I have a 98 Maxima SE fully loaded. I have tried both my remotes and neither one works. I can unlock and lock my doors pop my trunk, do everything but start the car. Anybody know where the fuses are for this thing? Or is it a relay? Winter is coming and no auto starter will suck. Thanks in advance

Do you mean remote starter? I have a remote start enable/disable switch for mine. Make sure the switch isn't set to disabled.

Good suggestion. Corrosion on these pins is quite common. Although usually the pin makes the ground to close the circuit and allow the car to start. If the pin or metal surrounding it are corroded, it won't make a good ground, the circuit will remain open and the car won't remote start.

Cool thnaks! I'll check the hood pin when I'm off work, hopefully that solves it.
