Which doesn't say much since the Trenz grill doesn't have a hint of sporty in it. Now, just paint it the color of your car, or black, and you're set. It look much better than trenz though, believe me...

Search for phsinvent here on the org. I am pretty sure that is his name. He is the one that makes the grill. He sells them here and on Ebay.

Looks good, Why dont you angle your plate so that the bottom is more inward toward the bumper.

I usually detest the trenz grill (no offence to those who have them), but this looks really nice. Moving the license plate lower made the front bumper look SO much nicer now.

Quality. Are the chrome bars made of metal or more like plastic????
Is the grill "flimsy" at all or does it feel solid like it could w/ stand some hail. You said it sells for $150 now, wheres that? But it does look good. very sleek, i think im gonna have to try to sell my trenz now.

quality is gooood as hell..the grill is metal, SOLID...you could just hold it an by the weight you know its not cheap...search on ebay for "Maxima Grill"

i took the license plate holder stuffed it in the bottom so it was snugged..and then drilled 2 screws into the bottom part..and then screw the license plate back on the holder..it was easy

IMO this is the best looking grill for the 4th gen...
just wondering how hard the installation was..?

i think the chrome looks good...and im not even a fan of chrome...but if i were to paint it...definitely gunmetal

it wasnt that hard of an install...kinda easy..you just had to use washers or spacers to get the right setting for the grill..and i had to raise up my hood latch so it would close flush..thats all

S5 Grill

The guy's name who make the grill is Brett. I got one about a month ago. I drove up there and we installed it. It didn't take that long. We had to put extra washers on so it would sit right. No big deal. I love it. I have chrome wheels so the grill compliments the rims really well. He's e-mail is phsinvent@aol.com if anyone's interested.

Here's some pics:

its the best aftermarket grill ever. but i think the stock grill on 97-99 is still by far much sexier IMO!

Looks good! Brett is a great guy, he also makes the chrome bezels for our car. His chrome, work, and Materials are 110%. You can trust him on anything, I would always welcome this guy, when it comes to chroming parts. but the thing is, you gotta be a Chrome god to love it

Later

heh, it's pretty nice if you're into chrome I guess.

I personally prefer the stock grill to be honest, but to each his own.

Nismo, dude your car is hot as hell!!!!

this grille is hot, it looks better than the trenz garbage. But only REALLY looks good if u started off with the chrome grille and took middle bar off. First max looks like he has same color grille ends with this special grille. Looks kind of fake. the nismo car has chrome grille with special grille, looks better that way

still an improvement either way from trenz garbage.
