Just won't start

Bought my 98 Max SE from a BMW dealer. Under NY warrantyThey replaced the starter. When I went to pick up the car, it started once and now the car won't start. When it did start, the check engine light came on and now it sounds like it is flooded.

I know it's their problem but what do they know about Nissan's.
Any ideas?

I did replace a Throttle position sensor 2 weeks ago based on a code and the car would race unexpectedly.

Please give me some insight.

did you run the codes again after it failed to start when you got it from the dealer. Also check your MAF(mass air flow) sensor, your fuel pump.
