Where to purchase Stock Leather ShiftKnob?

Does anyone know a good place to puchase the stock leather shiftknob. Someone the leather came ripped off or didn't come with leather. Anyone know where to get one or a very similar one? Thanks.

try to get the one from the 2k1 AE max, that one looks great. Not sure if all 5spd 5th gens had them...
