HELP!! Leaking Coolant. Bad Radiator?? pics included

I noticed yesterday that my brothers '99 is leaking coolant. pulled the splash shields off and noticed this little plug on the bottom of the radiator is where the coolant is leaking out. can anyone tell me if this is going to call for a new radiator or is there some type of other solution. all input is greatly appreciated.

sorry for the HORRIBLE pictures hah

Thanks

Theres a small washer that goes in there with the drainplug. It's most likely bad to be coming from there.

You can get a new plug to see if that works ... That plug also fits a philips head screwdriver. You can try and tighten it, maybe it's loose. Remember righty tighty.

And not excessively tight because the plug and the threads are plastic...
