Cup holder is jiggling and won't stay down

My cup holder is really loose and a slight jolt will move it...what gives? I snap it down but yet it's still loose...same problem with my cigarette lighter too....hmmm

the cup holder has three little clips that when you take out the cup holder or anything like that they might fall out.. take it off and find them clips
