For some reason my stock fog lights on my 95 max se shines upward instead of the ground in front. Any suggestions how to fix this? I tried taking it apart and re-installing it but it still shines up. What the hell?

Either your brackets are bent and you can do like I did and with your hands push the fog to aim down or else they just need adjusting. On the back of the lamp is an adjusting screw to make the lamps go either up or down. Access to this is underneath the bumper and you just remove a screw or two and move the plastic out of the way. You will find a screw (#2 phillips I beleive) and start screwing in the direction that makes them go down until you have reached the desired height. Covering up your headlights or disconnecting them gives you a better perspective on what you are doing.
