Grills for a body kit

If I was wanting to put a body kit on my car ,but it says that I have to replace my front grill with a 97-99 grill. Will that bbbe the only thing I will have to replace, or does it include other parts also?

just the grill since they probably modeled the kit after a 97-99 bumper
