Help!! car's almost stalling
 

alright heres what happened , yesterday i was trying disable my speed limiter. i disonnceted the ecu and found the wire. i stop and decided i would do it tommroow since it was getting late. i reconnected the ecu. when i reconnected the battery and tried to start my battery was gone. we tried to jump start twice but it didn't work. then my friend got battery back charger and it suddenly started. now the the car vibrates when it idles like its going to stall and at 1800rpm. also the idle is at 700RPMs. it was perfectly fine before all this. can anyone help?????
