Temperature buttons don't light up anymore. Is it a fuse?

I removed my head unit a couple of weeks ago to install a satellite radio. When I reinstalled everything, I noticed that the temperature buttons no longer light up. The two round buttons for hot and cold, the OFF button, the circulate button, the rear defroster button and the Hazard light button. The LEDs turn on when pushed. However, the white lettering doesn't come on anymore. I took it apart again to inspect connections and everything is in place. I did have to disconnect the battery terminal several times to test the radio and thought maybe that I blew a fuse when I reconnected the battery terminal. Could I have fried the bulbs? Or can it be a fuse.

it is probely the bulbs in it. On the bacl of the air conditioner unit there are 4 or 5 brown screw looking things things. Screw them off with a phillips screw driver and goto the stealership and get somne more.

Or if ya want go to radio shack as i did and wire some little light bulbs into the brown things.
