NGK plug question
I need to replace the plugs in my max. I refuse to spend $12 for the double platinums. I have heard coppers are ok, just need to be replaced twice as often.
My local auto parts store has two kinds of NGK plugs. The first is a standard plug #2382. The other is the "G Power", which is a platinum #7090. NGK's website says that the G Power plug is better than the copper ones recommended by others on this site. Is this true? Would these plugs be fine? Any information is appreciated. Thanks |

http://maxmods.dyndns.org/index.php?MaximaSparkPlugs I just bought mine 3 weeks ago. If I'm not mistaken the number is 5638 for them. Just ask for plugs for a 97 Altima its the same as the above number, problem is that for stock purposes, they use a 4 digit number. The number and link up top is the same as the ones I have. |
