Anyone one here know about how long KYB GR2's would last with 1.25-1.75 inch lowering springs on??? I'm lookin at buyin some used KYB GR2's with maxspeed springs, and wanna make sure its a good deal....

 

I have these with Progress Springs and the ride is really good. Not to mention that my car handles GREAT! The springs dropped my car about 1.9 in in the front and 1.5 in the back. I really recommend this combo and others can vouch for it.

 

They will do just fine.....but since your buying them used you better hope they were not paired with a pair of sprints or tiens for very long. I don't know how well they would handle a 2+ inch drop.

 

Buying used struts is likebuying used brake pads or used tires.

Keep saving your money and get new struts

 

they have 10k on them, and they were used with maxspeed springs... he swears that the car was never driven hard, and that they are in great condition... hes sellin em for 275 for the springs and struts....

 

iv had them on my sprints for about a year and they are still hanging in there (knock on wood) good luck

 

I'm trying to get a group deal on those together, if you're interested. It's not official yet though.
