Isn't there black carpet,headliner for our car
 

I've been visiting junk yard upon junk yard searching for maxima interior thats black. so far ive found about 6 cars with black interior and ive got door panels, seats and plastic pieces from them but now i want to do the carpet black and the headliner black and all i can find even in the black interior max's is a charcoal color carpet...what the ****. Please tell me nissan made black for 95-99s and that this is just coicedece. ive been searching so any help is appreciated.

I have black leather interior and the carpet and headliner are both more of a charcoal color, not truly black.

I recall someone dyed their carpet black and it turned out pretty good, and I imagine you could always replace the headliner you really wanted to.

I think mine are charcoal...never really looked at the headliner too closely.

Yeah, this bothers me too. Is there an easy way to dye the carpet? A truly all-black interior would look hot.

So is it possible to get black or should i go with charcoal and try to dye it. Anyone know about dying carpet,headliner??? Thanks guys

how much you spend for the leather interior?

FYI, I've been looking at photos online of '98s and '99s with black leather interior for the past few months and I've never seen one with anything but charcoal carpet. I highly doubt there was an option. I don't know about '95s or '96s but I suspect the same.

I got all black door panels out of a 99 max that was wrecked a month ago, the yard said they just went and picked up the max from the guys place a couple of days ago. Anyways all 4 with leather inserts for $100. :) super deal, and i also got all the seats out of it for $180, its so so nice. GOOD DEAL. The headliner and carpet im gonna go get next weekend for around $45. Im excited. None of you people in WA better go buy it!!!

There are no maxima's with Black carpeting, all black interior maximas are charcoal color. I was thinking that I wanted black carpeting too, but I think it would be a hassle right now, unless someone made customer carpeting for the car in black... I would like to get shag in that case :0

Who has info on dying carpet, Ill be the test if someone tells me how.

sweet, I'm probably gonna go seat hunting. I like my SE cloth though.. with leather, I'm gonna be sliding back and forth in the turns. It's also pretty cold out here @ buffalo. What would you guys recommend, keep the cloth? or upgrade to leather?

i was really surprised with the price to because almost all the junk yard i visited want 250-300 for the seats and they werent as nice as the ones i got.

acs makes molded carpets for the max by spedcial order. 199.95 + wait. www.jcwhitney.com. i'm getting the black too.

I plan to get a black interior for my Max. I'm going to get black carpeting, I can get it done at a low price in TJ. I have also thought of covering my headliner and two front pillars with black suede.
