Your car is pretty tight. I'd like to see some more up-close pics of the wheels. Keep up the good job.

That things got some serious boost huh...what does it run. 5spd. or auto? Over all the car is very nicely done but if it were mine i would go a little darker on the windows, more simple rims, and maybe polish the runners. Oh yeah what is extrude-honed and port and polished...the heads, runners, lower intake manifold??

thanks fastmax. im running auto with level 10 set-up, and recently stage 3 valve body from maximumtuning.. i had limo 20% all around.
kept getting tickets. so i put smoke 35%.. i know its not the same but
the po-po wont give me a break. also i use to have xenon purple all around. had to change back to yellow , i think the cops just dont like me..
p.s. i think its the throttlebody and the intake manifold, i had it done at vinny 10 (performance factory). when i first had it done it made the car seem more open and a little deeper growl but thats it..

Do you plan on autocrossing or something?
Did you notice a difference in performance when you put the 18's on vs the stock 16's??

Just curious

good question never thought about it. my main purpose was to prove to a lot of max haters that anything is possible (they believe now),and to me the difference going from 16 to 18 is incredible.. i think it slows you down a little but the performance is worth it. with the 18's the suspension comes to life i can make manuevers that i would never think about on my 16's.. i use my 16's if im racing the 1/4 mile, and my 18's
when its time get down and dirty....

im currently running 7 secs in the quarter. he-he-he-ha-ha just kidding.
i haven't ran on the track since all of my upgrades, but im hoping and praying for something better than 14 secs, dont want to get my hopes high.. and yes i had my internals rebuilt at vinny 10 to handle a little more horses. i have 30-50-60-75-and 100 shot jets with supercharger.
right now im running 30 shot until i get it dynod. but seriously im pushing for something like hal, frosty, jime, and a few others who are holding it down. my last time on the track was 14 secs 97mph last summer and that was without all the upgrades. but good or bad when the numbers come in i will post..

thanks . yeh they look good as hell but come with a price.. i use them for my everyday driving and potholes, strong as hell..my racing rims are very light and one pothole its all over. but i will be putting them on shortly, just waiting for the weather to clear up.. cause im currently running bridgestone pole position summer tires on them....

thank you, but if i say it i'll jinx myself.. i dont know if you ever went to the track or dyno, but when you go in looking for certain numbers and dont get them, its very dissappointing.. almost like when you ask a girl to dance and she says no!! also im having a debate with morpheus17 about the turbo/sc thing.. he has a turbo and we spent close to the same money for our kits. so now if he can beat me at any time without spending a million dollars then i will change immediately. until then i'll be content with my baby...

Nice car Curtis, but if you wanna run low 1/4's you're gonna wanna consider dumping some of the stereo equip as it's weighing you down some. Just a thought

exactly. i want a fast, nice complete everyday driver. now my goal is to make it the fastest prettiest car with some bump and grind. you'd be surprise how many have told me, what are you trying to do with that pretty car before i skirt off on them by ten cars.. i plan on entering some car shows for that complete look. also i can compensate by adding a little more horse to accomadate the weight. but your right im pushing at least an additional 300lbs in the trunk. but i tell you if it ever came down to it, i'd rip that **** out in a heartbeat.

Also, if you're gonna be going fast you might want to upgrade your handling a bit. And by this I mean a FSTB ( don't know if you have one now, but it's not in the pic ) and a RSB. The combination will help.

you know its weird. my car handles tight, im mean tight!!!!
coupled with my 18in bridgestone pole positions, and my suspension
that car doesn't move.. i can change form one lane to the next
at 140mph and lock into that lane like i owned it, and safely too..
but i do know that with the strut bars it would be even sweeter.
thanks...
