RPM's

i have a 98 auto gle and i was drivin on the highway when i noticed that it seemed liek i was runnin high rpms... goin 70-72 i was runnin about 2500 to 2600 rpms is that normal

when I'm going 60.. i'm right on 2000.... at 80 it's just over 3000... so 25-2600 at 70-72 seems normal to me

Seems a tad high to me. I think When I'm cruising at 75 it's right around 2500.
