I replaced my window motor and regulator

As many of you know a common problem on 4th gen's is the window motor and regulator's on all 4 windows. Just recently my rear driver side window would go down, but it wouldn't go back up. I decided to purchase a regulator and motor from a local junkyard ($110) and replace it myself.

I have to admit that at first I was frustrated and intimated by the job, but after all was said and done its not hard at all. You just need a bit of patience
1) follow the directions in the Haynes manual for removing your window. this includes poping off the interior part of the door and removing the plastic inside the door. The hardest part is removing the little door cupholders.
2) remove about 4 bolts from the regulator and 3 bolts from the motor and pull out the whole assembly - EASY.
3) installation is the opposite of removal.

I know this isn't the most detailed description, but swaping your reg and motor for your windows is NOT HARD.
