Help removing 95' max. door panel's

The speakers on my 95' Maxima have finally decided to fail on me, but before I go and replace the front, and hell, the rear speakers too; I was wondering if anyone knew or had a link to instructions on how to safely remove the front door panelling for speaker installation and how to drop new speakers in the rear

Take out the screw in that little cup thing and the screws along the bottom. There are instructions around here somewhere for audio equipment installation. Check the faqs, they probably have them.
