Foglights Install

Foglights Install
I want to install foglights on my 99 gle but have the bar acorss the bumper in the whole where they go...can i just get some stock foglights and do a little cutiing to install them?.....help greatly appreciated

you can get some stock foglights and just cut out the bar in the middle i had to do the same exact thing to mines its no problem at all
