Questions on adding 194 bulbs in guages for 98-99's (pics)
 

Hello,

I bought some 194 bulbs to make my guages light up brighter, now that I took the speedometer out and I look at where the bulbs go, I'm not sure if I have the correct bulbs, or what I have to do to make them fit. I know I have to dremel it, but I want to make sure what to do so I dont mess it up.

You are suppose to solder the 194 bulbs directly to the back of the gauges. The original bulb holders are no longer used. Just dremel the holes to enlarge them so the 194 bulbs will fit through and then solder each of the bulb legs to the back of the gauges. Just take your time and you should be done in less than 1 hour. Good Luck. :thumbsup:

The correct bulbs are proprietary to nissan. #74 bulbs do seem to fit however. http://www.superlumination.com/
