Front Rotor's Help

Hey whats up, i just replaced my front brakes with Raybestos QS, and is the rotor supposed to be loose when i take off the wheel? its got some slack in it, but it becomes tight after i put the lugs back on. oh and another question. i pushed in the piston to put the caliper back on the pads, and my brake fluid is almost topped off. if i push in the brake pedal will this fix it, and return back to normal level? thanks!

#1. As long as its tight when you put the wheel back on you should be okay.
#2. Absolutely.
