Ok wiper stalks been replaced, int wipers still don't work!
 

Ok, 95 Maxima SE, it had a wiper stalk without the variable speed knob. I've since replaced it with the variable knob stalk 3 times and it still doesn't work. At this point I'm sure the stalk is a good working unit. A friend of mine has a 95 se as well. We noticed that his relay (under the hood on pass side) will click when the motor fires when in intermitant mode (ie... click wait 3 sec click wait 3 sec). Mine does not. We also tried swaping relays no go. I'm stuck and am not sure what else to check. Also the windshield washer doesn't work. I'm not sure if the two are tied together or not. There is also an aftermarket alarm system on the car that might be the cause. I just don't know for sure as it's been there since the day I bought the car. Thoughts?

you check your fuses? if you're not hearing the relay and it didn't work when you swapped one out, that means it's not getting power which would either be a fuse related issue or wiring. if you haven't, check all those. goodluck and if still no dice, i'd call or stop by a mechanic to trouble shoot. it can only be so many things so it shouldn't be too hard to get working. goodluck!
