cool clips, where is 9 and 12?

crajner Sep 22, 2004 09:37 PM

they were just little clips of nothing, as was clip 1. everyone, let me know how you guys think it sounds. it sounds best on your computer when you have a subwoofer inthe speaker system

Viscous Sep 22, 2004 09:38 PM

wow, thats an indepth look at how the SP2 sounds with that combination of mods. Very thorough. Sounds nice and deep. Very nice.

zeebox4 Sep 22, 2004 09:51 PM

Sounds awesome man. Very nice setup. Love the burnouts

Cool J Sep 22, 2004 09:57 PM

i just looked at the greddy website and it is only for 95-96...that s lame....how much did that cost you. msrp says 599

Maxima99SE Sep 22, 2004 10:13 PM

sounds incredible... sucks it's only for 95-96 or I'd seriously consider that exhaust setup..

1NICEMAX Sep 22, 2004 10:47 PM

i thought they fit on 97-99's with a minor adjustments?

DCM Maxima Sep 22, 2004 10:53 PM

That sounds bad a$$ if I ever get a cat back its going to be that one. Sounds smooth and rumbly. no distortion or beez in a can even with the Y. NICE.......

There are a few org members with SP2 cat-backs that say it bolts right up and looks fine. I would like to see pics first, because the fitment issue is that the 97-99 rear bumper sticks out a little further. I'm gonna be real particular when I get the exhaust hung, so chances are I will have work done to flush mount the tip either way.

My biggest problem will be if I have to wait months for it to ship.

great video clips! i can't wait till i get my sp2 in octobor from southwest autowork!

KLiNkER Sep 23, 2004 05:27 AM

did you have it installed before the rest? I mean is it the exhaust that changes the sound that much or its mostly the combination of your other mods? sounds great man

crajner Sep 23, 2004 09:04 AM

well the order that i did my mods in was this. short shifter, intake, clutch, and then i did the ypipe, cat, and sp2 at the same time.

Maxi98se Sep 23, 2004 09:21 AM

Sounds nice i think im going with the sp2. :doublethu

Brudaddy Sep 23, 2004 11:28 AM

Sounds pretty good.
It is still a little too "trying-to-sound-larger-than-it-is."
Good job on the in-depth look at this exhaust.
Great videos and thanks for sharing.

MattMaxima_V2 Sep 23, 2004 11:38 AM

Wills98MaxSE Sep 23, 2004 06:56 PM

Sounds like my OBX, but I think that my OBX is quieter.

Maximus_95 Sep 25, 2004 09:59 AM

i have warpspeed ypipe, Greddy catback with WS apexi muffler from the apexi catback, and it sounds just like it but at least 25-35% more quieter than this sp2.
sounds good.

jdm71488 Sep 25, 2004 10:18 AM

yup, if i had a 95-96... i would definately go with sp2... but i dont so i went with the quiet catback... i heard it was quieter than the apexi... and if it sounds anything like that, i will love it!

nice work man!
