spoiler's light out

hi ... I just bought a used spoiler and the LED lights are bad. I was wondering where can I find the light part (not the LED bulbs only) of the spoiler??

The light pictured in the link provided has four mounting tabs. The one you are replacing has only three. It may fit in the space, but I doubt it will look right.

I just fixed mine today, as it was also not working. The diode that is on the board just where the 12V power enters was burned out. Repalced it, and it works fine. Soldering skill is needed, but an easy fix once you have the assembly apart.

sorry about the picture, it's incomplete. Actually the light has 4 tabs and is 15.5in .... I wonder about the voltage it uses? is 12 volts like everything else in the car?

Yes, simply replacing the diode fixed the light. Don't know why it melted, but it caused the entire strip to go out. The LED strip uses 12V like rest of the car, but is very sensitive to reverse polarity. The diode prevents this from ever occuring.
