Custommaxima.com's 1157 Polarg Clearance Lights

Any reviews? I bought some the other day and am waiting for them to arrive. Probly should have posted this question beforehand. oops.

BTW, i still have the amber bulb inside the clear corner bumper lights, so my car is perfectly legal as far as front lighting goes??

I think the law is that there must be amber reflectors in the front. So by putting on clear bumper lights it made it illegal. The law might be different in your state but usually if you got amber bulbs you wont run into too much trouble.

If it's amber then there shouldn't be a problem.

I have the polarg hyper white 1157 bulbs in my sig. I just cant seem to find a 1157 bulb that closely matches the super white or silverstar headlight? The polarg is great but still gives off a alittle blueish tint. Any suggestions?

I have PIAA extreme white plus. Will they match alright?

WOW. I'm trying to install these bad boys, and I'm find that this a real biatch of a job. My hand is too damn big to reach thru the engine compartment. I tried taking off the clearance light housing itself, but to no avail. I found 1 screw that connects the clearance light to the car, but it still won't come off. Is there another?

If anyone has any suggestions about how to go about this process, please fill me in. Thanks!!

unscrew the the screw on the top of the clearance light..then take a flat head screw driver and pry out the corner light. It is a snap on piece...pry from the outside on the side of the light thats closer to the back of the car..

i couldnt find a corner light to match my piaa xtreme whites, so i just went and bought the sylvania hyper amber bulbs, which are coated in some metallic crap, and they are really bright. plus with my HIDs on the way, i figured amber would look better than hyperwhite
