Od Light Was Flickering But Now Doesn't Come On. Need Help With This
 

i noticed that my od would kinda come on whenever i set od to off, but when i touched the shifter, it would go off and then come back on and then off again, and so forth. i decided to try to remove the shifter, kinda pulled it up and now the light doesn't come on at all. does anyone know what the prob is

Maybe the bulb that lights it burnt out. Its not rare for this to happen.
It could also be a bad socket.

i checked both the bulb and the bulb socket and there were fine, but when i pulled the shifter up, i guess the connection loosened or soemthing, i hope the od function still works.

You'll notice on the highway. When you are doing like 50mph, and you click the OD off, the RPM should jump up a few hundred revs. When you put it on, it should go down to lower revs.

I have the same problem too. Mine will go off and on if you twist the shifter a little. Must be a loose wire.
