Diamond cut clear corners.

I'm looking at purchasing a set of the diamond cut clear corners from custommaxima.com. I want them because the drivers side one is damaged and I am unable to find a replacement one. I'm concerned with the fitment of this item. The clear bumper lights that I bought about a year ago really suk in the fitment dept big time.
Any body have any insight?
Thanks in advance.

Ebay has a whole bunch of Diamond cut clear corners. Way cheaper then custommaxima.

You should check it out.

Just to note, all the non-cloudy clears I have ever seen are manufactured terribly. Fitament isn't a problem but leakage is. I suggest you guys to clear sillicone seal them to prevent moisture/water from getting in.

I bought 2 pairs of crystal clear from Custommaxima, after first one was stolen; after getting second set I checked on the internet and found out were almost half the price in other places; besides the fitment is really bad, very loose and cheap quality too. I had to put lots of tape around the ends to make them stay on the bumper. They are extremelly easy to loose/steal; just open with a coin in the middle and pull them out breaking the really small piece of plastic where the screw goes. I am thinking the way to make them harder to steal, maybe glue them both together after installed.

they were loose before but you can use a screw from the Inside of the bumper right by the corner light, the smaller one, Outer one and screw it in, (i duno if that made sence) thats what i did, real tight.

just grab some 3m double sided foam tape and get creative. I did a temporary job on my dc's and said i'd get back to it, but it hasn't been a problem. fitment is very good, gaps are the same, got mine off ebay.

I'm hoping that we are all on the same page here... I'm talking about the lights BESIDE the headlights. reading some of the threads it sounds like you are talking about the signal and marker lights that are in the bumper. I have been unable to find the cornerlight (beside the headlight) on ebay in the diamond cut design. Does somebody have a link or whatever.
thanks again

Anyone know of a good source for the smoked-out (tinted) dc bumper lenses?

I have the APC ones, they leak inside but other than that fit fine. The ONLY thing I like about them is they have the small horizontal lines that the headlights have so they match perfectly.

Is this the one you got? http://www.nopionline.com/nopistore/...0Maxima%201995

It says: Bumper Lens - CLEAR Lens with CHROME Inner Housing. It seems blacked-out, in the photo, which is what I want. Let me know.

No, mine had a "flat" inner housing and the lense was actually smoked. Tthe chrome backed ones dont look like the pic once you get them installed and lights on.
