Don't do this when changing spark plugs (long)

Ok, so I was changing my spark plugs for the first time on this car. It's funny now, but not so funny at the time. I take off the plastic plate that covers the first three plugs, look at it, notice that the next set of "plugs" right above that looks approximately the same, a little different.........alright different enough that I should have known better. As I was looking to change the cylinder 3 plug first, as that is the one that was showing a misfire, I commence to take off that particular "spark plug". I take off the two screws that I mistake for the ones that I believe are holding down the coil, shortly after I do that the thing pops out of the hole, and starts spraying gas all over, scared the *&^%%&% out of me, I immediately realize that what I had done was remove one of the injectors, instead of the spark plug, so I find the top O ring that had also popped out, put it back in place, and try to fit the injector back in it's proper spot, thing is the lower O ring won't seat properly, so I take it out and put a very thin film of grease on there, and manage to get it to finally seat, but what goes in easier with grease on it, also comes out easier with grease on it, and the injector pops out again, this time I wasn't quite as scared, as I immediately realized what happened. The first time it happened I thought the car had had a minor explosion of some sort, this time I knew better. I finally managed to get it seated and the screws in without further mishap. Just thought I would share my first spark plug change experience on this car.

Yeah, that would have just fired up the whole experience for me. I know it was dumb, but at the time I really didn't know what I was doing with this car. :tardsmash
