Can't find CAI Template

I have looked in the stickies, main maxima.org FAQs, and went through every thread and could not find the template you use to cut the 3 inch hole for place racing CAI. I am planning on installing it next weekend. Can anyone just toss up the image for me real quick. Thanks

how do you get this template to print to just one sheet of paper? When I am printing it, it comes out so big that only to top right hand corner comes out on one sheet of paper. Any help?

u don't really need a template. just drill a hole that's big enough for the midpipe to go through and u'll be fine...
