Are the altezza taillights any good? cuz I see ALOT of them posted on EBAY, I'll admit that they do look cool when painted Skyline style.

I'd smoke them to set your car apart from others even more. That's what I would do when I get mine.

One time I ended an auction early for some, and the guy agreed to sell them to me for $100 shipped (no lie), I sent him the MO and all, and supposedly, when he went to go ship them, he "dropped" them on the floor, cracked them, and could not send them to me. Even though my money was sent back, I was pretty dissappointed:mad:

I have my all clears just sitting in my garage from my '96 which I gave up on when I bought my '99. I also have a million other parts I never installed. Maybe I'll get around to selling them one day.....

Yeah I am going to smoke them as well. Red/Clear looks good but smoked will be better. And I have no regrets paying that high for the mbecause I know it is worth it because I am keeping my max forever.

ptatohed, what kind of parts do you have? i might be interested but sell the all clears and make some money and make somebody happy.

if any of you were smart you would just wait till the last couple minutes to place your bid, then keep refreshing it and make sure your the last one to bid

I just saw a pic of a 95/96 clear/red tail with the altezza lenses. Both inner and outter lenses were used. It looks sweet with the lines going across on both sides plus it solves the black border issue. This guy smoked the clear part as well...very nice indeed.

I'm now in the market for really cheap gen1 tails so I can do my own red/clear.

i was goign to do that but the lines i dont like that much. it is the cheaper way to go. any pics further away?

That's the only good photo of the tails,actually that's the only photo of the tails. I think the lines look good with the tinting though, just my 2 cent.

Those werent tinted. Their crystal clear. The appear dark beacuse your seeing the black of the inner housing.
In person, you can see everything, bulbs, housing,etc.

somebody did a bad job at the body shop on that max. the trunk and fender on the drivers side arent flush.

Or he's got missing rubber bump stops.
