Very nice, hopefully when you are done you can give the rest of us more info

2 Da Max 05-07-2005 09:17 AM

wait.. are you still doing the awd? or just the turbo first?

MaxInProgress 05-07-2005 09:35 AM

actually that awd thread was a complete waste of my time and yours, the guy that THOUGH he can do it is a complete moron, so im finishing off the turbo now, its a t4/60-1 iwth a .70 a/r compressor and .84 a/r turbine

maxiquin 05-07-2005 09:40 AM

where u get that from and how much?

MaxInProgress 05-07-2005 01:24 PM

its a gerrett turbo, it was 750$

Maximeltman 05-07-2005 01:32 PM

sweeeet...u have a limited slip??

JOMAN 05-07-2005 01:42 PM

mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn! thats LLOKS SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MDeezy 05-07-2005 02:03 PM

Huge turbo, looks like your headed for the 500club. Keep track and make a write up, that would be great to add next to the S/C install sticky

maximazation 05-07-2005 03:07 PM

damn, a .70 trim turbo!! thats gonna make some serious numbers.

dawalkster 05-07-2005 03:14 PM

good Lord thats a big snail. make sure you keep your head on the headrest because when the lag on that is over and it kicks in you could have whiplash for weeks.

congrats though, keep us updated

NCSU_MAX 05-07-2005 03:56 PM

i wanna see the numbers on this
torque steer is gonna be crazy

RockfordMax 05-07-2005 06:00 PM

haha when that lag kicks in his engine/transaxle is gonna pull out of the bay and roll down the street for miles. good luck man lol!

maxiquin 05-07-2005 07:27 PM

dang 750! i could do that plus instillation.

u mean u can have a turbo like that with everything else installed for 750? Is that what you're trying to say? am i missing something. if thats the case, everyone in the org will be coming to texas soon. n if that is the case, every orger will no longer have a maxima because i have never heard of having a turbo setup for 750, most likely blow up or something

MaxInProgress 05-08-2005 07:22 AM

lol the turbo itself is 750 the whole project is gonna end up costing me around 6500-7000$ dollars. :(

:slap: what are you talking about?

maxgtr2000 05-08-2005 07:32 AM

Why not just get a kit and modify it, the pipes are already made, just do some ecu/a/f ratio tuning. I wish I had that much mnoey to play with.

rome06 05-08-2005 09:32 AM

damnn man thats nice...how long do u think it will take u to complete this?

2 Da Max 05-08-2005 09:38 AM

dam and to imagine the piping is as much as the turbo. the piping is about 500 if im not correct. thats one huge expensive turbo. remember upgrade fuel pumps, and 3inch exhuast! it will help relieve problems

tpduke112 05-08-2005 11:45 AM

Turbo! That is sweet.
