who makes good hyper whites or blue's?

i need to find a pair of hyper white or blue head and fog lights but dont know if the ebay one,s are worth trying, if anyone knows of some decent brands or has has sucess with a particular ebay kind please post of pm me and let me know Thanks. :mardi:
