what's just right?
well, since i'm waiting for my fstb to get here, i just had a question. i know its not hard installing it, but i read that the bolts were to be tightened to about 30 pounds give or take a few. how so i measure the torque like that? is there some tool that i can use to find that out? i got a regular wrench that will work but i dont want to tighten it too much...

The tool to use is a Torque Wrench. This tool is valuable for many automotive service procedures. The best ones cost more than $200 but you can buy Chinese-made torque wrenches for much less. Look at http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/taf...itemnumber=239 I have used one of these for two years and am entirely satisfied with it. $10 + S/H is a good deal. Harbor Freight waives shipping (but not handling) charges for orders larger than $50. Perhaps you and your buddies can put together a shared order to save on shipping.
