Indiglo Gauges
Has anyone tried these?
http://www.procarparts.com/store-lis...XIMA&year=1995 How do I connect my indiglo gauges to the parking lamp instead of the dimmer? Do I have to use a multimeter and then check which wires are the parking lamp ones? |
wow, those have really come down in price...i remember buying mine for 60 bucks.

Those look good. I wonder how they look in a real photo. You can wire them pretty much anywhere that gets a signal when you're parking lights are on.

Be careful with the needles... I forsee a thread in the near future title, "HELP, I added the indiglo guages and now my RPM needle is stuck" :bonk:

Speaking of which, my tachometer just broke for no reason one day. How in the hell would I go about to fix this?
|
if you get to the gauges, and you can move the shaft of your tach up and down easily, then its fried and you need a new one.
|
How do you get to the gauges? It's not stuck though. It just moves up and down whenever I drive. But it's not at the right rpms. And sometimes it will stop at a certain point.
|
Usually when the needle stops it's because it's getting stuck on the face of the gauges since the face may be bulging out a little.
|
How do I get to it?
