Checked sticky's, no link..... Headlight re-aimimg anyone?

Just as the title says i couldn't find the link anymore so if anyone has any info on how to re-aim my headlights it would be great. Also wondering which screw tyoe thing you turn which one move it uop and down and which one moves it from side to side? All help is really appreciated.
