258k+ Miles And Still Going Strong

just traveled slightly over 2k miles on the freeway doing average of 70 miles an hour I got 30.8 mpg. When I was averaging about 60 mpg my gas mileage was about 31.2 mpg. This is having two stops per fill up and with the air conditioning on.

I love to see Maximas that run so well with so many miles. You must take impeccable care of her. Congrats!

Yeah, typo. At 60 mph I was getting 31.2 mpg. At 70 mph I was getting 30.8 mpg. That was for 1000 miles. On the way back I had the car loaded and got the same gas mileage but instead of going north I came back south.

What amazes me is that I had a turbo 4 cyl in the 80's that got 27 mpg at 170 hp. Now a 95 that gets 30 mpg with 190 hp, so it should be that a 2000+ car should be getting 33 mpg at about 210 hp.
