I don't nor have any clue (engine)

for about 2 weeks now when i would start the car in the morning and it would start normally, i know the rpm starts high like about 1.5 rmp, well thats normal but now for about 2 weeks i hear a moaning-groaning-whistling sound and its comming from the engine left side, and now i also realize that when i drive and then brake to a stop sign the car makes the same noise, the noise completly stops after 10-15 minutes of driving PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

and after the 10-15 min. then i open the hood and i was using the accelerator in the engine and i hear a soft click and a steady beat for about 30 secs comming from the starter intake area ....please help
