97 Beige vs 99 Beige

97 Beige vs 99 Beige

Is there a difference between '97 beige and '99 beige on the maxima?

I have my eye on a '99 trunk lid to replace my '97 lid. My car is beige and the '99 seems more gold. I'm not sure whether it was the light, my eyes, or maybe my paint is mopre faded. Unfoprtunately, I can't put them next to each other to compare.

Any info is appreciated.

yes there is...

1989-1998 pebble beige metallic is CG2

for 1999+ the color is sun lut sand.. dont know the paint code

EVO is the paint code for the sunlit sand 99. It looks better than the darker beige. That's my personal opinion by the way.

It's EV0, not EVO. And yes, it matters lol.

Wheelie King, take a look at my website. My FAQ page has a color chart. You can take a look at the pictures for EV0 and CG2, you'll see the difference

for 99 it's evo

it's more silver than the old biege which is darker.
i like the sunlit sand color better
