I have a 95 Max GXE that is basicly stock. I have a high flow intake and a strut tower brace. I was cruisin along with my two roomates in the car and we see this 240 with a super trap muffler. This guy is friends with someone in our apartment complex and is always revving his raspy exhaust and laying rubber in our parking lot. I catch up to him and we both turn onto the road that circles the local mall. He is moving along pretty quick and I zoom up next to him. We both nail it and take off. I easily passed him and ran up to about 85 when there was a stop sign. He pulled up next to us and just smiled and gave us a thumbs up. I was glad he was a good loser. His lightly modded sports car got beat by my stock sedan with an automatic, three people in it, a large stereo in the trunk, and I had the AC on. Poor guy. Lo and behold when we got home he was there and I parked next to him to remind him thats its not safe to go 80 MPH around the mall. It turns out that he is head of the local university sports car club. I got to talking with him about it and they seem like good guys except for the fact that they get off on getting drunk and doing burnouts in our crowded parking lot. We've already had one person hit by a car and one hit and run accident in the last 3 months and I dont want these guys to make me next on the list...anyway, that's my latest story

Stock 240 is not competition. Girlfriend had one, I beat her every time. Engines are so loud in those car, that you think its about to break down.
