Clearance lights don't brighten when signaling.

Fuses all look o.k., could it be a relay block? Which block should I check?

Thanks.

What year max do you have?

I have a 98 they dont brighten when you use the indicator.

I think it was 95-96 only.

Can someone confirm this?

yea its a 95/96 thing.

there is a relay marked cornering lamps, or similar. iirc its in the passengers side box near the washer fluid.

yea.......waht Sutter said.....I pondered teh saem thing when i went from my 96 to my 98....then i looked at the relay box and nothing....

It's a '99. I'm thinking it should brighten as it calls for the double filament 1157 bulbs.

You gotta think as a big company. Its cheaper to use the same corner light and bulb socket from a previous model. And leave out the relay to make the corner brighter. Its a win win situation for them.

Gotcha Rick.... thanks for the info.

yea the 1157 is there on all 4th gens, but the extra wires and relays are not.
