Looks good man!

aznsap May 30, 2006 08:55 PM

what's the short shank mag lug nuts? do these rims not leave much thread exposed? looks good, how much did you get them for?

gtr_rider May 30, 2006 08:56 PM

looks nice man

NISMOPower May 30, 2006 08:59 PM

I bought just the wheels for $400, but I haven't seen anymore that price...i've been looking still due to the fact that I need a new one, Hit a good size pot hole.....There is a lot of caliper room but don't know how much more clearance I need for bbk (cobra/300zx). If anyone has measurments let me know if you want me to measure them....

Use washers with them....

the mag length of that seems to be ideal...I have the one that is .75in long and i need thick washers to make sure the lug doesn't hit the rotor hub to make sure they are tightend down...

I like those wheels, sporty and not flashy. Nice

darklegend06 May 30, 2006 10:04 PM

very nice, looks very clean on your car. Also good buy on them too. Have fun with those wheels.

NISMOPower May 30, 2006 10:09 PM

well after driving on them and a few runs later...i liked how my 18's felt...i think i'm bothered by my tires sidewall flexing.....

Nissan 6 May 30, 2006 10:10 PM

Looks like a extended evo. Well not really but it looks good.

so open ended lug nuts would work right? and 20lbs isn't too shabby.

Those rims look sweet. They also look light.

Puppetmaster May 31, 2006 05:25 AM

Looks good. I'm surprised not more people have already done this since those wheels look pretty good, are relatively cheap, and are light. I've been thinking of getting these myself as auto-x wheels.

Zack342 May 31, 2006 06:32 AM

Good deals. Look great.

cardana24 Jun 19, 2007 07:15 AM

I just got a set of these wheels. Why do you need washers to make them fit? That does not sound safe. I am using them for autocross and I doubt I can make it though tech with a bunch of washers stacked under a lug nut. Are you using wahers because the tapered part is too long?

What lugnuts can I use with out using washers?

nismos14 Jun 19, 2007 07:29 AM

Washers might be because the hub bore is not correct......?

pmohr Jun 19, 2007 07:59 AM

What are the specs on the Evo's studs? Same thread pitch/size as ours? If so, why not use the OEM Evo lugnuts, since they should fit correctly in the wheel, no need for washers.

G4nismo Jun 19, 2007 08:02 AM

i really wouldn't mind gettin those. mayeb paint em super dooper black.

did you buy em on an evo forum?

cardana24 Jun 19, 2007 08:11 AM

the thread pitch is not the same. The evo is 12x1.5 and the max is 12x1.25.

I got them on ebay, but I am sure you can get them on an evo forum too.

bkmax98 Jun 19, 2007 08:27 AM

Looks hot, great deal too, congrats

cardana24 Jun 20, 2007 07:07 AM

can you please tell me where to find thse short shank mag lug nuts in a 12x1.25 pitch. The only thing I am finding are 12x1.5 pitch. Also did the washer come with the lug nuts or did you buy them seperate? If you got them seperate what size did you use and where did you get them?

moogotzskillz2 Jun 20, 2007 08:47 AM

Nice look, and for the price...

KsuMax Jun 20, 2007 01:26 PM

hiren_patel_83 Jun 20, 2007 01:47 PM

However I do like the look!

Ceasars Chariot Jun 20, 2007 01:52 PM
